GET TO KNOW ME

Jess Hadford-Crook MA, LPC
Welcome! I’m Jess, a licensed professional counselor in Centennial, CO. dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion and empathy. I believe that healing, growth, and change are possible for everyone, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered.

I received my master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College and have additional training in EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, and somatic interventions. Over the years, I have worked with individual teens and adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, grief, chronic pain and relationship issues. I bring both professional expertise and deep empathy to my practice.

I am a person-centered therapist, believing that strong rapport and a non-judgmental environment are key components to successful therapy. My approach is eclectic, collaborative, warm, direct, and holistic. I specialize in helping people understand their nervous system and responses to stressors. From there, I help clients develop insight, learn effective tools, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I believe that no one is defined by their struggles. We all have the ability to heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to do it alone—I am here to support and guide you in a way that feels right for you and is aligned with your personal goals.
Outside of therapy, you can find me outdoors - skiing, camping, hiking, running, or biking. I believe in balance, self-care, and the power of human connection, and I strive to bring these values into both my personal and professional life.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support, I would love to help. Reach out to schedule a consultation, and let’s begin your journey toward healing together.
